Assemblyman John Ellison (R-Elko) returned to the Legislature on Monday after a brush with death and a week of recuperation.
Ellison was hospitalized on Feb. 12 after a chain of events that started with flooding in Elko, led to cut power and ended with carbon monoxide from a generator seeping into his home.
