New ad opposing energy choice measure stresses impact on solar

The ad highlights Tina Long, an electrician and rooftop solar panel installer. Long says that in addition to increasing electricity rates, energy deregulation would eliminate the state’s existing rooftop solar program and scuttle plans from NV Energy for several new solar power plants.
