What's on tap for the Nevada Legislature today?

Lawmakers will be discussing "day reporting centers" to help parolees get back on their feet, a crime victims' bill of rights that's on a multi-year path to become part of the constitution and a bill that would require all public schools to  have a library and a librarian.
