Focus: Democratic attorney general candidate Aaron Ford and his Republican opponent, Wes Duncan

Who’s paying for it: Ford’s campaign

Size of buy: $50,000

When it starts: Sept. 12

Where it’s running: Reno

The gist: The ad lists accusations of sexual assault and soliciting child pornography that have dogged Storey County Sheriff Gerald Antinoro, who has faced at least 10 complaints of sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination since 2010. It states that Duncan “decided to track down” the sheriff and receive an endorsement from him last year.

Duncan’s campaign said in July that it would remove Antinoro’s name from a list of endorsers and wouldn’t campaign with him, following a Nevada attorney general’s investigation into allegations of misbehavior.
